3. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via our website, email, phone, or messaging apps.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate details (date, time, passenger count, luggage, pickup/drop-off address).
• Booking confirmation implies acceptance of these Terms.
• Identity or contact verification may be required if necessary.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made in cash or via available online methods. Card/bank details are never stored by us.
• Pricing depends on service scope (vehicle type, distance, waiting time, stops); changes may result in additional charges.
• Included/not included costs (e.g., parking, tolls) are specified during booking.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the trip.
• Full refunds are available for timely cancellations. No refund for late cancellations.
• If we cannot provide the service, a full refund will be issued.

6. Waiting Time & No-Show

• Airport pickups: A reasonable free waiting time applies; beyond that, waiting fees may apply.
• Other locations: Reasonable waiting time is included; extra waiting is chargeable.
• No-show: If the passenger is not present and unreachable, the service is considered used and no refund applies.

7. Luggage Rules

• Standard vehicles allow reasonable luggage per passenger; extra/oversized luggage must be declared in advance.
• Hazardous, illegal, or leaking items are not permitted.
• Pets require suitable carriers and prior notice.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

• Seat belts must be worn at all times in compliance with local law.
• Smoking, intoxication, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
• Passengers are liable for damage caused to the vehicle.
• Requests for child seats must be made at booking.

9. Company Liability

• Services are delivered in compliance with safety and legal standards.
• TaxiNearMe Georgia is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, accidents, road closures) but will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives.
• Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profit) are excluded.

10. Route Changes

Any changes (extra stops, route modifications, extended duration) after booking depend on availability and may incur additional charges.

11. Child Seats & Safety

Child seat requests must be made in advance. Usage is mandatory according to local regulations.

12. Pets & Accessibility

Pets are accepted with prior notice and proper carriers. Accessibility needs (wheelchair access, etc.) must be communicated at booking; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.

13. Force Majeure

No liability applies for failure caused by natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, government actions, or major infrastructure disruptions.

14. Pricing & Taxes

Prices may be in local currency or USD; applicable taxes follow local law. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect final amounts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; failing that, Tbilisi courts have jurisdiction.
